Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place in microwave and heat for 7 minutes until steaming.
Leave to stand for one minute, remove film, and stir before eating.
Oven:
Preheat oven for 10 minutes to 190°C / 170°C fan.
Remove sleeve and pierce film.
Cook for 35-45 minutes until steaming, remove film and stir before eating.

When do you deliver?
We deliver on weekdays! You choose your delivery date.Â
Delivery Cut Off:Â Orders close two-working days in advance of your order. If you want an order for Monday, order at the latest by Wednesday midnight the week prior.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Our cartons, sleeve, trays and plastic film are all recyclable, and our insulation is made of recycled clothing that you can hang onto, or reach out to us to collect on our second delivery to you.Â
My freezer is full, can I store meals in the fridge?
Absolutely! Our meals can be stored at fridge temperatures for up to five days, so if you have a shortage of space in your freezer than feel free to keep some in the fridge. For reheating from chilled, product will only require cook time at high between two to three minutes.Â
